During the acquisition, the company sought to engage with a professional services firm to manage each of the due diligence requests across both legal, financial, tax, commercial and operational.
The Challenge​
The company had solid performance but faced challenges in:

The company’s Financial Controller went on maternity leave during the transaction and therefore the company needed a team to manage the due diligence process by learning quickly about the finances and operations of the business
