Dónal O'Sullivan
ACMA, CGMA - CEO
Dónal, the founder of Vico Advisory, holds a first-class honours degree in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin and a Masters of Accounting. After training as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, he transitioned into Corporate Finance with Raglan Capital, advising on M&A for Irish SMEs, UK, and US private equity firms. From 2014 to 2019, Dónal worked with an ultra-high-net-worth US entrepreneur, acquiring and managing over 30 niche technology and services companies globally, valued at €1 billion. During this period, he grew an organization generating over €400m in revenue and €100m in EBITDA, serving as both a Non-Executive and Executive Director.
James holds a first-class honours degree in Economics & Finance and a Masters in Quantitative Finance from University College Dublin. He has over 10 years of experience working with top global financial institutions, has gained his MBA from Imperial College and is a certified Professional Risk Manager. As an experienced CTO, James has led a team of over 350 data scientists and engineers, overseeing product strategy, design, and the implementation of technical solutions worldwide.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from University College Cork and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA. His career spans corporate finance, M&A, and strategic growth, with expertise in deal structuring, valuation, and investment strategy. Patrick has led high-impact sales strategies, large-scale SaaS implementations, and commercial optimizations for Fortune 500 companies, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. His experience in digital transformation and financial strategy allows him to bridge the gap between technology, business, and investment decisions. He leads strategic partnerships and revenue growth initiatives, helping clients navigate complex transactions and accelerate business expansion.
​Graziele brings over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, including Technology, Project Management, Construction, Advertising, Software Development, E-commerce, and Telecommunications. She holds a postgraduate degree with honours in Innovation and Enterprise Development from Trinity College Dublin. Recognized for her exceptional communication and leadership skills, Graziele excels in marketing strategy and planning, digital marketing, and content marketing. Her expertise encompasses trade marketing, website management, creative design, budget management, and social media strategy. She drives growth and innovation, leveraging her comprehensive skill set to deliver exceptional results in complex, fast-paced environments.
